Over the years Mail Resource has acquired the knowledge and experience to make informed decisions about airline uplift, realistic customs values and access to venues prior to set up.
We establish a program that is right for the client then we find the most competitive logistics package using shipments by air road and sea. We also run dedicated vehicles for events in Europe and can co-load exhibitors shipments with all the organiser's material, reducing costs for all parties attending.
Should the print production be delayed for whatever reason, Mail Resource is able to offer same day delivery to most European conference venues.
We work with conference organisers and exhibitors to establish a program for each event to allow the latest cut-offs for speeches, workbooks and print to be produced right up to the last minute. Mail Resource is therefore able to offer the conference organiser or exhibitor -
